Luciana Boralli was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil in 1973. She received her Bachelor of Fashion Design from FASM, São Paulo. Early on that, she realized had greater talent than beyond fashion at that time. During her 'budding' process, she enrolled in many courses at institutions such as ABRA, Tomie Ohtake Museu Arte Contemporanea de São Paulo, and the Armory Art Center.
She is well known as a contemporary painter whose medium is stylized in abstraction and imaginary figuration. The artist's passion is found at the intersection of neuroscience and meditation, creating imagery with includes illusory views of suspended figures inhabiting botanical life. Throughout the years, the artist has merged her forms with various concepts, such as tea and floral, and layers of media within the same composition.
In 2007, the artist exhibited her work at the Annual exhibition at São Bernardo do Campo City Hall- Espaço Henfil de Cultura CCSP Gallery. She also showed her work in 2016 at the Hotel Quatre Saison, Campos do Jordão and the Instituto Tomie Ohtake collectives at Ateliê Alê Gallery. In 2012, she was invited to participate in the creation of a new book, “Latino Americano de Artes Plastica” - Arte 17 by the Foundation Memorial da America Latina. Luciana was provided with an Honor in 2013 for “Uma Tarde com Paul Klee 02” XXVII, at the Salão de Artes de Arceburgo. Recently in 2019 she won first place in the Art Throwdown competition, now Luciana lives in Delray Beach, Florida.
